This was a fun project, maybe I'd call it the Dead Spec Squier? Started with a Squier CV Strat, changed the bridge to add a brass block, and installed a brass nut. Then the electronics... a pre-wired pickguard, and a Pew Pew Blaster, powered by a backplate battery.

I had the opportunity to clean up this amazing vintage amp. It's a 1967 Fender Deluxe Reverb. One of the early "Drip Edge" Silverface models with the exact same circuit as the Blackface. Easy to work on and maintain, cool looks, and gorgeous tones.
And no, I'm still not an amp tech, I just cleaned out the pots.😁

Killer Bumblebee replica here. Early 80s Charvel body with the proper Floyd prototype bridge. Musikraft bird's-eye neck. A vintage 70's Super Distortion. And the owner had me put in the secret hidden tone control in the back. Which of course I forgot to photo.

Best Malcolm Young on a budget I've seen. Gretsch Streamliner Jet retails for just $299, great fretwork, solid tuners, nice bridge. We installed a TV Jones classic and it totally rips. 🤘🏻

Sanded off the lacquer on this roasted maple neck. After burnishing up to 12,000 grit with micromesh, it looks similar, but feels much nicer in the hand.

Nice Fender Telecaster in for a rewire to premium components. Stock pickups sound great.
