Happy Thursday! Today’s soup is Creamy Sausage Tortellini (Ravs). The food special is Jimbo’s pork tenderloin with ff for $11. Drink special is $4 seltzers. We also have the salad bar until 8. Bryce will be behind the bar until 4, Lisette 4-9 and Hailey until close.

Happy Wednesday! Today’s soup is creamy chicken and rice. The special is $11 butterfly pork chop sandwich with choice of fries. Bryce will behind the bar until 4 with Lisette ending the night 4-2, Kitchens open until 1am!

We have some amazing news we’ve been keeping a secret! We won best bar and best soup in the Best of the Illinois Valley competition. We also placed for one of the best burgers, chicken strips and our very own Bryce for bartender. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing friends, family and customers. To say Shayn and I are proud of what we’ve created is an understatement. Thank you to everyone who’s nominated, voted, and most importantly patronized us. To many more years of the mule.

Dayne needed a last minute gift for his sister (who loves mushroom decor) so he stopped over at Petals by Peyton Plant Shop & Florist and she knew exactly what to do. She whipped up the cutest little mushroom plant and even wrapped it with mushroom tissue paper. She’s literally the best! If you haven’t checked them out be sure to stop by. (They are closed on Mondays) then stop by The Thirsty Mule and grab a drink and some lunch. Thank you again Peyton! Faith loved it!

Happy Thursday! We have our soup and salad bar now until 8 for just $12. Today’s soup is Creamy Sausage Parmesan Ditalini. Stop by and get some it’s a good one! Also by popular request we will start making a salad that’s not actually a salad weekly. This week’s fake salad is pea salad!
