We are all into the holiday season.
Everyone's house looks good and decorated.

Homeowners due will be due next week.
1 case of budlight for under 1200 square feet dwelling and 1/2 gallon of crown royal if over 1200'.
Please deliver it to 1814 Elmwood asap.

We have had a good holiday season on Elmwood.
Except for the drunks popping a s**t load of fire crackers all night on New Years Eve.
Lets try to get the Christmas decorations down before Easter and look like a nice respectful neighborhood.
