PURSUING HOPPINESS 🌳 Blazed with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe & Strata hops for those pursuing dank tropical citrus hoppiness & wild adventures throughout life! I can’t wait to clink a few glasses with ya today before I embark on a long 2,650 mile southbound adventure on the Pacific Crest Trail! 🍻

We’ll be pouring so many fan favorite freshies 12-10pm alongside our 10 year tasty food truck buds & then turn it up to 10 w/ jamming 6-9pm all the alt bangers! I cranked out a stellar beer lineup & today is gonna hit!

Ten years, wow! 🥳 A super distant milestone I never could have imagined back in the day when I was “studying” engineering in SLO while homebrewing on an old stove & freestanding bathtub! Helix would not be what it is today without your radness, friendships, love & ultimate stoke for our beers! Our team is forever grateful! This party is for you so let’s turn the vibes up to 10 together & have some fun times! ❤️

GRAB YER TRAIL SHOES 🐾☕️👣I layered a full spectrum of dark roasty chocolate malts within a trail runners heaping portion of breakfast oats, had our roasty neighbors roast the finest Vietnamese Lotus coffee beans picked from the high mountainous region of Dalat & then soaked them in the stout at two different temperatures to instill a deeper comprehensive coffee flavor & aroma that’ll leave your senses wondering did I just drink a beer or a coffee?
