Meet the Spicy Paloma—our zesty twist on the classic Mexican cocktail, featuring We Olive Jalapeño Olive Oil for a subtle heat that makes this drink unforgettable. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and the perfect way to toast to flavor-forward fiestas.
🍹 Spicy Paloma Recipe
Ingredients:
Salt, for rim (optional)
2½ oz tequila
½ oz We Olive Jalapeño Olive Oil
Squeeze of lime juice
Grapefruit soda (like Sq**rt or Jarritos), to top
Lime wedge & jalapeño slices, for garnish
To Make:
1. Rim a highball glass with Jalapeño Olive Oil and salt (if desired).
2. Shake tequila, olive oil, and lime juice with ice until well blended.
3. Pour into the glass and top with grapefruit soda.
4. Stir gently and garnish with lime and fresh jalapeño slices.
5. Sip, smile, repeat.
