We sadly inform we have to close our doors permanently
We truly appreciate your early support and the suggestions you guys offered when we first were getting started. It means a lot that you cared enough to want to see us do well.
I’m genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t reflect the standards we aim to deliver. you guys are right, we have work to do.
Since you visited, we’ve been making changes — from retraining our service team to reinforcing kitchen standards and adjusting parts of our menu for better value and clarity. It’s a work in progress, but our goal is the same as yours: to make D’kitchen a place people want to return to over and over again.
Thanks again to everyone for your honest review and for sticking with us through the growing pains. We’ll keep working hard to get better every day and maybe in the future we will come back 100% better
