WeTendBar provides professional TABC bartending services for all occasions. From the start WeTendBar was VERY responsive and extremely helpful. Here are a few of the things they did to provide great service....
-Responded to all of my email, calls, and inquiries within 24 hours
-met us and provided drink samples of the mixed drinks they can make batches of(We went with the Margaritas and they were a huge hit!)
-recommended amounts of liquor, beer, wine to purchase for the reception(all of the online calculators seemed very generic to me)
-provided tubs to hold drinks at no extra fee(as they would say "just something we do for our customers")
-brought and stored all of the ice needed for drinks, for a VERY reasonable fee.
-took care of our guests and had a professional appearance. They really are the true meaning of Texas hospitality and will do anything they can to make your day great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the luxury of choosing their own bartenders for their wedding/reception venue.

PEACH PALOMA
The perfect spring cocktail!!

For the paloma
2oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2oz tequila
2oz peach simple syrup
splash of soda water
sliced peaches for garnish
grapefruit slices for garnish
lime wedges for garnish
coarse margarita salt for the rim

For the simple syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup diced peaches

Instructions
Make the simple syrup. Bring the water to a boil, then add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, add to a blender or food processor with the peaches and blend until puréed.

To make the cocktail, rim a glass with coarse margarita salt and fill with crushed ice. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, tequila, and peach simple syrup to the shaker and shake for 20-30 seconds.

Pour into the glass and top with a splash or two of soda water. Stir to combine and garnish with sliced peaches, a slice of grapefruit, and a lime wedge. Enjoy!

🫐 Blueberry Pineapple Rum Smash

2 oz rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 cup crushed ice
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

Add the blueberries & simple syrup to a shaker.
Muddle until the blueberries release their juices.
Pour in the rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
Add ice & shake until chilled.
Fill 2 short glasses with ice.
Strain the mixture evenly over the ice.
Garnish with pineapple wedges, fresh blueberries & mint.

Enjoy!

1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
1 cup ice
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Mint sprigs, for garnish

Add the blueberries & simple syrup to a shaker.
Muddle well to release the berry flavor.
Add the pineapple juice & lime juice.
Shake lightly with ice.
Fill 2 glasses with crushed ice.
Pour the mixture evenly into the glasses.
Top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
Garnish and serve cold.

Makes: 2 drinks

So summery and delish!!!

Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
Ice
Pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:
Fill a shaker with vodka, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice.

Shake well until creamy.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge 🍍
