It's the season of giving, and this year, Bodega is having another food drive to give back. Starting today through Thanksgiving, we will have a basket by the front door for anyone to donate any non-perishable food items.

Do you hear the bells? The Bodega family wants to congratulate Reis on his marriage today to his beautiful wife, Molly! We are so happy for the married couple and wish them nothing but the best. Our Milwaukee Brewers are World Series bound! We thought we'd bring a little Brewer magic to Bodega and celebrate with a watch party. Throughout Game 3 and 4, we'll have $3 Spotted Cows and $4 Chili Cheese Dogs.

Since the Brewers are playing during our normal Monday Trivia night, we are canceling trivia to cheer on the Brewers. Go Brew Crew!

(We will have all of the games on throughout the series, we are just partying on games 3 and 4)

Over the 32 years Bodega has been open, we’ve watched countless people walk through our doors. We’ve celebrated with them, shared stories with them, watched friendships form, and, sometimes, had to say goodbye. We cherish every person who has pulled up a stool or shared a table with us, but it’s our regulars who truly make Bodega what it is.

Loren was one of those people.

Loren embodied everything we love about Bodega—a friendly chat at the bar, a warm smile when he walked through the door, and the familiar presence that made the place feel a little more like home. He wasn’t simply someone who came to Bodega; he became a part of it.

He was known and loved by so many, and the Bodega family, past and present, feels incredibly lucky to have called him one of our own. His absence will be felt every time we look around the bar and expect to see his familiar face.

Until we meet again, we’ll raise a glass in your honor and remember the stories, the laughter, and the moments you left behind.

Cheers, Loren. You’ll always have a seat at Bodega.
