This surprise Vegan Voyage pays its homage to the Ivory Coast and uses a stew consisting of onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and peanut butter served over jasmine rice with a topping of fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts!

This one took a little extra creativity and time, but Chef absolutely delivered with a fantastic rendition of a classic dish from Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Our latest World Cup feature is a creative spin on a dish that holds a special place in Balkan culture! Chef’s rendition features tender blanched cabbage leaves wrapped around seasoned ground beef, served over basmati rice, and finished with a roasted red pepper sauce and fresh parsley!

This wonderful nacho plate uses tempura-battered chicken in a house-made orange sauce, our house wonton chips, napa cabbage, shredded carrots, sriracha aioli, candied jalapeños, and green onions!

It’s a brilliant day full of features!

Today, we’re going to run our World Cup feature all day and run a double feature tonight with some ORANGE CHICKEN NACHOS at our event!

Japan’s Salmon Poke Bowl!

Today’s World Cup feature uses ginger-sesame marinated salmon on a bed of jasmine rice with shredded carrots, pickled red onions, pickled ginger, seaweed salad, and edamame!

At 4pm, we will be adding the event night ORANGE CHICKEN NACHOS!
