Job Title: Business Administrator & Hospitality Support

We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeping & Accounting Expert with a background in the hospitality industry to join our leadership team. We need a professional to take ownership of our financial backend while supporting daily operations as needed.

The Role:
Financial Oversight: Full responsibility for bookkeeping, payroll, and ensuring tax compliance (including timely W2 distribution).

Operational Support: Assisting ownership with administrative projects and providing experienced bartending support as needed.

Accountability: Maintaining meticulous timelines for business accounting and reporting.

Requirements:
Proven expertise in
accounting/bookkeeping (QBO or similar).

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. PT to possible FT. Pay DOE.
