As SUTE continues to evolve, we’re preparing to turn the page on a chapter that helped shape who we are today.

With our new menu arriving, we’ll be saying goodbye to several longtime favorites, including Banchan, Japchae, Lo Mein, Udon, Tempura Shrimp, Golden Bites, and several other familiar dishes.

Some have been with us from the beginning. Some became unexpected favorites. And many have been shared across our tables again and again.

Tonight and tomorrow are your last chances to enjoy them before they leave our menu.

This isn’t about leaving our roots behind — it’s about evolving them. We’re incredibly excited for what’s next: new creations, new flavors, and a menu that represents the next chapter of SUTE while still keeping some of the classics you love.

This one took a lot of work, testing, tasting, and perfecting behind the scenes. 👨‍🍳

Our chef has worked to make many of the SUTE classics you already know and love gluten-free — without sacrificing the flavors that made them favorites in the first place.

And we didn’t stop with the classics.

Our new menu will also introduce many new chef-driven creations that are gluten-free, giving you even more to discover and enjoy.

Beginning 9/1/26, gluten-free items will be clearly labeled with our GF icon, making it easier than ever to explore the menu with confidence.
