Currently, we own and operate a close-knit family of businesses on Market Square, including the original Keep Knoxville scruffy! shop Earth to Old City, plus the Scruffy City Barhop, which includes 10 bars: Preservation Pub (which houses a 1st floor Smokeasy, a 2nd floor Speakeasy, and a rooftop Magic Beer Tree in the Moonshine Garden), Uncorked Wine and Bourbon Bars (which also includes Oodles restaurant and catering), Scruffy City Hall (which includes a three bars and two balconies), and now Market House Café (from 7am -11pm dayly) with the biggest patio in Downtown Knoxville. We offer some of the best choices in the region for dining, locally crafted beers, unique shopping, and a wide variety of bars featuring unbeatable ambiance and nightlife.
