25 minutes to go until the second summer boozy book fair opens! Pick up some great poolside reads from Fable Hollow, magical goods at Whimsy Emporium, and feral and fae goods crafted by Mel. We’ll have cold beverages in the taproom, plus Fig and Flower is bringing some amazing charcuterie boxes. The book fair goes until 6:00, and we’ll be open until 9:00. Cheers!!!🍻

These guys know just how to cool down after another day brewing some tasty lagers for those summer days and nights. A double batch of Pilsner’s in the tank with plenty of happy yeast churning away. This batch’ll be ready in late July, but we have it on draft for you to enjoy in the meantime. Grab a pint in the taproom, or pick up some cans to go. Kate’s here until 9:00.

Finally recovered from last weekend’s festivities and are set for a summer of great times and chill vibes. Neon Renaissance is back on draft, new tie dye tees and tanks have hit the racks, and the season is definitely post-spring. Pop on over for some riverside patio beers and enjoy our little corner of SoKno.

Saturday’s going to be a great day of celebrating creativity, with an afternoon of tie dying and screen printing followed by some pizza and live tunes. Come down and celebrate 8 years of craft brews and river views at our laid-back birthday celebration. We’ll have tie dye stations set up, and we’ll be running some of our favorite prints from the past in addition to a new one from . Pick up a shirt from us, or bring your own, and let the creativity flow.

will also be hosting their weekly yoga class at 10:45. Plus has dinner covered from 4:00ish on, and will be playing originals and covers in the evening.

Got a sweet new mural from . We’ll have it on some new gear later this month for our tie dye and screen printing workshop, so plan to join us May 30th to create your own version of it.

Congrats to all the grads celebrating this weekend! 🎉🎓🍾 We have a couple parties that have reserved the taproom today (from 1-4 and 7-9), so interior seating will be limited. During these hours, feel free to enjoy your drinks on the patio or grab some cans to go.

It’s a prints and pints weekend down at the old printshop. Roshani Trivedi is joining us tonight for second Friday to open her show that’ll be up all month, and she’ll be back tomorrow afternoon from 4-6 to lead a block printing workshop where you can imagine, carve, and print your very own design.

A q***r brown artist based in Knoxville, Trivedi’s main medium in this exhibit is linoleum block printing. Block printing consists of hand carving big stamps and pressing them. This creates a way to produce multiples of the same piece, with each print coming out just slightly different than the last one.

Roshani is dedicated to their art full time, thoughtfully crafting each piece made by hand. These pieces exude passion, creativity, and whimsy, as well as personal beliefs and inner feelings. They also create hand drawn charms, paintings and ceramics. Their work and workshop details can be found on their Instagram , as well as on their website roshanidesigns.com.

How do the bubbles get in your beer?

When we can, we’ll naturally carbonate the beer during the fermentation through a technique called spunding. It’s a traditional method that lets us reduce our CO2 usage and helps keep more of the aroma compounds in the finished beer (per the brewers, or at least Jim). So, we’re working toward beers with more character, reducing our use of greenhouse gases, and just trying to let the beers shine. We’ll drink to that. 🍻
