We are excited to announce that our new concept will be Otsu!

Otsu, short for “otsukaresma desu” in Japanese, roughly translates to “thanks for the hard work". This cozy restaurant and bar will specialize in handcrafted dumplings, small plates, and curated cocktails both traditional and experimental. Brought to you by Kaizen's Chef Jesse Newmister and our very own Chef Erin Parrish and with a bar program by Erica Casey, we’re creating the perfect place to unwind and celebrate a job well done.

We've been practicing those folds, and are opening up for one night to share! We are anticipating selling out of dumplings, so will be doing walk-ins only since we can't guarantee availability.

We're about to take a break, but before we do -- we bring you more of what every one is clamoring for -- Dumplings!
