The pop-ups have spoken! Thank you to everyone for their support of The Green Room. It was so fun to try everything out on you guys.
We are excited to announce that our new concept will be Otsu!
Otsu, short for “otsukaresma desu” in Japanese, roughly translates to “thanks for the hard work". This cozy restaurant and bar will specialize in handcrafted dumplings, small plates, and curated cocktails both traditional and experimental. Brought to you by Kaizen's Chef Jesse Newmister and our very own Chef Erin Parrish and with a bar program by Erica Casey, we’re creating the perfect place to unwind and celebrate a job well done.
