Featured here is the 2018 “Vives” Riesling from Radoar, a striking biodynamic white wine from Alto Adige crafted from grapes grown high in the Dolomites. Elegant and mineral-driven, this Riesling opens with aromas of green apple, white peach, citrus blossom, and apricot, followed by layers of wet stone, alpine herbs, and subtle salinity.
Its bright acidity and clean structure create a refreshing yet textured palate, while native yeast fermentation and minimal-intervention winemaking allow the vineyard’s character to fully shine through.
