Good morning everyone, this week's creme brulee is birthday cake.
We're at the Garage Tap House from 11-9
And now a word from Chris
Well, I just learned that I've been still working on my 5 year plan, and it's officially been 14 years.
I started up back in 2012, just out of my small trailer, scared out of my mind. As the years went on, I keep learning more and more about making things work more efficiently. Having been through almost every up and down that is imaginable, I'm still around, and I still even like cooking.
When I write these post this one day a year, you can tell that I'm not a professional writer like some, and I get lost in tangents. Which brings up that every year, I am invited to talk to some school students ages middle school, high school and even college. There is always one question that is asked every time. "What is the best and worst thing about food carts?" The answer to that question is simple, the customers. You can't please everyone, but you can have some amazing conversations, meet some of the most interesting people in the world. My favorite story that I was told from a friend, "I just had a conversation with someone that ate at your cart, and loved the food." He was in Kiev, pre-war.
Well, to wrap up, I have three words that I always end this post with.
THANK YOU EVERYONE!
