Shoulder season calls for chillable reds. 🍷

That sweet spot when the days are still warm, the evenings are getting crisp, and you’re not quite ready to let go of patio season.

We’ve got the reds for it — bright, juicy, lighter-bodied, and absolutely happy with a little chill. From Beaujolais to Nerello Mascalese and Frappato, these are the bottles we want on the table as summer starts leaning into fall.

Slightly chilled. Best enjoyed outside. Sweater optional. 🍂🍷

Clocked out. Corks out. 🍷

The long weekend starts now — and we can think of worse ways to spend it than with a bottle on the table, a few things to graze on, and nowhere you need to be.

Our new fall menu is here, the w**e is chilled, and our newly extended patio has even more room to settle in and stay awhile. 🍂

Grab a seat inside or out, order a bottle, share a few plates, and kick off the long weekend with us in Kittery Foreside.

Cheers to three days of pretending Tuesday doesn’t exist. 🥂

Alittle taste of the coast. 🌊

Our Coastal Board brings together a rotating selection of Fishwife tinned fish with creamy goat cheese, sweet peppadew peppers, cornichons, olives, and crisp crostini.

Salty, briny, creamy, crunchy — basically begging for a bottle of something cold. 🥂

Available now at Kittery W**e Bar!

🍂 BEHIND THE BOTTLE: LAMBRUSCO🍁

Crunchy leaves. Fire pits. Sweater weather. A bottle of something red and bubbly shared around the table.

Tell us a better fall w**e than Lambrusco. We’ll wait. 🍷🍂

New to our fall menu this week: Lini 910 “Labrusca” Lambrusco Rosso — a dry, sparkling red from Emilia-Romagna, Italy.

Forget everything you think you know about Lambrusco. This one is dry, bright and ridiculously food-friendly, with juicy dark berries, fresh acidity and that perfect little fizz that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Lambrusco comes from a family of native Italian grapes and has been made in Emilia-Romagna for generations — a region where w**e is very much intended to live alongside the food, the people and the conversation.

And honestly? That’s exactly how we think w**e should be enjoyed.

🍇 Lambrusco
🇮🇹 Emilia-Romagna, Italy
🫧 Sparkling + dry
🍒 Dark cherry • blackberry • bright acidity • refreshing fizz

P.S. We’re expanding the patio and adding fire pits 🔥🍷 because those cool, crisp Kittery Foreside evenings are way too good not to enjoy with a glass of w**e in hand. 🍂

Rosé season isn’t over until the flowers say so. 🌸🍷
Librandi Rosato in the glass, late-summer blooms on the table, and absolutely no interest in rushing into fall.

🐪 GET OVER IT 🐫

The hump, we mean.

Olive Oil Flight + Beach Pea Focaccia + Sparkling Vouvray.

$24 | Wednesday | 4–9PM

Because getting through the rest of the workweek without carbs and bubbles seems unnecessarily ambitious.

🥂 BEHIND THE BOTTLE 🍾
Domaine des Aubuisières Vouvray Brut

Looks like Ch*****ne. Made like Ch*****ne. But this little bottle has its own thing going on.

Welcome to Vouvray, a tiny corner of France's Loire Valley where Chenin Blanc is king.

Unlike Ch*****ne, which is typically made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and/or Meunier, this bottle is 100% Chenin Blanc — giving it beautiful acidity with a little more apple + orchard fruit character.

And the bubbles? They're the real deal.

Aubuisières uses the traditional method, meaning the second fermentation happens right inside the bottle. It then spends 18 months aging on the lees, developing those fine bubbles, creamy texture + subtle brioche notes we love in serious sparkling w**e.

The result is crisp and elegant, but with enough fruit and texture to be an incredible food w**e.

Think fresh apple + orchard fruit + brioche + bright acidity + tiny bubbles.

Basically: Ch*****ne isn't the only French region that knows its way around a bottle of bubbles. 🥂

Currently pouring by the glass at Kittery W**e Bar.

If you like Ch*****ne but also like paying rent.
