Well, let me tell you. I’m a firm believer that friendship curates excellent brews - and I am so darn pleased to have brought in the homies from Stoneface Brewing Co. (my alma mater, if you will) to make this beer happen. Dry, effervescent and complex as they come - the balance of farmhouse yeast with a medley of barley, wheat and rye stands up to the American Sterling hops and aforementioned peppercorns in an exquisite harmony. I think I can admit this is my favorite beer on tap right now...and we have a pilsner on!

So come on in and shake off those Belgian cobwebs and enjoy the estery/fruity labor of love we’ve brewed up for y’all.
