When you walk through the doors at Heroes Bar & Grill, one of the first faces you see is this one.

Michael Monsoor wasn’t just a hero. He was a friend, a schoolmate, a son, a brother, and a young man who gave everything in service to his country.

On September 29, 2006, Michael sacrificed his life to save his fellow SEALs by throwing himself onto a gr***de. He gave his life to save his fellow SEALs and was awarded our nation’s highest military honor, the Medal of Honor.

This weekend, we remember Michael and all of the brave men and women who never made it home.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a day to honor the fallen, reflect on their sacrifice, and remember the freedoms we enjoy because of them.

We will never forget.

May 15th • 8PM • Heroes Bar & Grill

This one means a lot to us. 🏔️🍯🎶🫶🏻

ℍ𝕖𝕣𝕠𝕖𝕤 is where it all began, Damon & I met through an open mic there, and it’s also where we met Cory! Along this journey, we were lucky enough to cross paths with the insanely talented Ben Mainhart, whose musicianship continues to inspire us. ✨

Now, for the first time ever, all of us will be sharing the stage together 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 for our album release party. While we’ll definitely miss having Mike Starr and Anthony Farine on stage with us this time around, we’re incredibly grateful for all the music, support, and memories shared along the way.

We’re beyond thankful for the friendships, music, and memories that brought us here & we can’t wait to celebrate this night with all of you where our Appalachian Honey story started. 🎶
