They say it takes an army to raise kids—but we truly believe it takes an army to accomplish anything, especially running a business. This past year has proven that more than ever.

To our incredible regulars who jump in when things get busy—running food, washing dishes, cleaning tables, stocking beer—I can’t thank you enough. To those who have even taken the time to train, just in case someone couldn’t be there, your support means everything.

A special thank you to Karen Kog for running bingo every Wednesday night while I’m tied up at clinicals all day, and to our amazing employees who make everything run so smoothly. From late-night cleanups and last-minute store runs to early mornings making sure everything is ready—none of this would be possible without you.

We take pride in being part of this community and doing whatever we can to make someone’s day a little easier—whether that’s donating food, contributing raffle baskets, sponsoring events, or simply going the extra mile. That’s what makes The Well so special.

No business is perfect, and not everyone always agrees, but we truly believe we’ve created a second home for many people—and that was our goal from the day we opened nearly seven years ago. We take pride in our cleanliness, and we are incredibly honored to have received this award. Even with our small kitchen, we still manage to put out some great food!
