Our journey into proprietorship started when we opened Marcy’s Bar & Lounge in Walla Walla in 2010. During that time we were fortunate to work side by side with a very talented team who helped refine our business and future endeavor. It was always our plan to open an establishment in Kirkland; and we couldn’t be more excited that that time is now! Marcy’s Bar & Lounge not only allowed us to work with professionals, but also forge lasting relationships with industry experts. We've spent the last two years working on this project and we're finally getting close to opening a new concept in Coeur d'Alene, ID called River & Rye. The menu will offer a few of your favorite cocktails and dishes we have featured at both Bottle & Bull and Feast along with some new additions. We’re inching closer to our grand opening! River & Rye will bring craft cocktails and a scratch kitchen to downtown Coeur d’Alene. Inspired by the travels of Ernest Hemingway, you’ll find various flavors from Spain, France and Italy…along with some PNW flare. Construction has been underway by the skillfully adept StanCraft Construction Group.

This last week was also a test to see which cocktail should make it to our full drink menu when we switch over to our spring/summer offerings. A competition of sorts.
