Hi all! Rechelle here! 🙋🏽‍♀️ I just wanted to remind everyone of our business hours. They are the same every day: Open at noon, close at 1:30 am.
We do last call at 1 am, every day, serving until 1:20am, then closing at 1:30. Which, in bar time is 1:50am.

There are several reasons behind this, but in summary, it’s just our business hours! Please respect that as you would any other business. Please don’t ignore us as we update time running out when it’s close to that time, as we do every night. We are trying to help you not miss last call, be aware of timing, etc!

Please so not argue with the staff about this. We are very aware that Washington CAN sell alcohol until 2am, legally. That law does NOT require any business to stay open and sell alcohol until 2 am. These are two totally different things.

The Central welcomes everyone and we only ask for everyone to be respectful to each other. It’s not really a big ask!
