We finally made it to Saturday and that means at 6pm Doug Clegg "takes the stage". Believe it or not we found a way to make Doug better, you serve him alongside Burnt Ends Mac n Cheese. Rylee will have burnt ends mac tonight starting at 5pm. So, use this lovely morning to soak in some much needed sunshine then swing by for the excitement.

Hey everyone, just want to remind y'all about trivia tonight. Tonight's dinner is Sloppy Joes and chips. Also, the Pozole has been started and will be ready for tomorrow. Pozole is a Mexican soup/stew, it has shredded pork, hominy, cabbage, cilantro, and a red broth. The pic is just to give y'all an idea Leslie is cooking so it might look a little different.

A few things going on in the next couple of weeks. First, May 2nd is The Kentucky Derby. The race will be on, we'll have Woodford Reserve, and the horseshoes should be accessible: so, find your best Derby hat and come have some fun. Then right after that the last batch of soup for the year is going to be Pozole for Cinco De Mayo.

Hop on over to The Well Diggers tomorrow, Sunday April 5th for Easter dinner. As long as we don't lose power we will open at 1pm with our Easter Bunny approved buffet. On the menu will be Ham, Roast Beef, Mashed Taters and Gravy, Mac n Cheese, Carrots, Stuffing, Meat n Cheese tray, and Carrot Cake Muffins.
