And a special shoutout to Adrianna’s stepmom, Michelle, who poured so much into planning this day and absolutely killed it. Their guests came ready to celebrate, and we had the BEST time right along with them.

We have another September baby! Happy birthday to, Elizabeth de Kiewiet !

If you ask Elizabeth to help with something, you can pretty much guarantee she’ll make it happen. From rodeo queen, to bartender, to putting together the ultimate charcuterie setup, she’s got it handled. She’s rescued me more than once, and I’m so grateful for her!

She’s in her final semester of school before chasing her dream of a career in equine veterinary medicine, all while juggling school, a vet clinic, a hunting & fishing lodge, AND bartending with us. This girl seriously never stops!

We love you, Elizabeth! So excited to see where all that hard work takes you. Happy birthday! 🥂🤍

Happy birthday to our girl, Carly Bair ! 🥳🍸

Hands down one of the quickest, most skilled bartenders around and an absolute beast under pressure. She’s hardworking, dependable, a little bit of a party girl, and has the biggest heart.

I can’t wait to see where life takes you and everything you accomplish between nursing school, traveling with Cobey, and chasing some pretty big dreams!

Dove season is here! 🕊️🌾

Throwing it back to the Capri Dove Hunt and one of those evenings that reminded us why we love getting to be a small part of gatherings like this.

Friends and family coming together, trucks parked along the field, stories being told, drinks in hand, and that familiar feeling of home that comes with a South Texas dove hunt.

There’s something special about traditions that bring everyone back together year after year. 🤎

Happy Opening Day, y’all. Here’s to good hunts, good friends, and another dove season in South Texas.

Both kids are officially back in school as of TODAY which means I get to WORK WORK!!!

Now if I can just sit at this computer and actually focus…

A little behind the scenes of Ole’ Swayback…

When I’m not behind the bar, I’m usually behind one of my kids cheering them on.

This weekend was spent helping Luxxy at the Kids Entrepreneur Market. One of my favorite parts of owning a business is that my kids get to see what hard work, creativity, and entrepreneurship look like up close.

We get to do what we love and you can’t ask for much more than that!
