If you're joining us for our Dinner and a Movie - Roadhouse screenings 3/24 thru 3/28, the menu is here and is a throat ripping good time!

Course I

Tzatziki Martini
Greek yogurt blended with a honey vanilla reduction, fresh cucumber and dill. All shaken with Engine organic citrus Gin.

Paired With

Crispy Pork Belly “Burnt Ends”
Skewered with Fried Muenster cheese balls on a mirror of pork belly pan sauce.

Course II

Grilled Pineapple Margarita
Pineapple caramelized on the grill. Pureed with cilantro, fresh lime and lemon juice. Shaken with vanilla schnapps and Centenario Reposado Tequila.

Paired With

Is it Nachos or Poutine?
Our crispy fries topped with slow cooked chili Verde. Slow roasted pork with tomatillos, garlic, jalapeno and onion. Finished with Pico de Gallo, cajon-lime crème fraiche and chopped cilantro.

Course III

Lavandar Lemonade Spritz
A house made Lavendar lemonade. Made with Lavendar from Down to Earth Gardens shop, Fresh lemons and local honey. Shaken with Cathedral Ledge Aquavit. Topped with a splash of Lunetta Prosecco.

Paired With

Crab & Lobster Rangoon Mac-n-Cheese Bites
Crab and lobster mixed with cheddar and cream cheese flavored with soy, scallions, onion and Worcestershire. Folded with elbow macaroni and served crispy with a butter poached half lobster tail with sweet & spicy dipping sauce.

Course IV

Missouri Mule but Better
Redemption Rye, Apple Jack brandy Campari and Cointreau. Shaken with a rich cinnamon oat cream served in a martini lass rimmed with a ritz cracker and nutmeg rim.

Paired With

Apple Crisp Egg Rolls
Crispy wraps filled with apples sauteed in butter with brown sugar, cinnamon and a touch of clove, served with “What’s the Scoop” vanilla ice cream, creamy brown sugar glaze and our secret apple crisp crumb topping.

Marinated beef sliced thin. Served over cilantro lime rice seasoned with black beans and chickpeas. Topped with house made Pico De Gallo and cotija cheese. Finished with warm tortillas.

Randall Flagg (Mai Tai) 12.75

Rum Haven coconut water rum shaken with fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, cherry almond orgeat and Canton ginger liqueur. Strained and served over fresh ice, rimmed with our lime chili salt and garnished with a lime wheel.

House Made Pate 13.95
House made liver pate seasoned with sherry, fresh herbs, cumin and turmeric. Served with warm crostini, cornichons, capers, red onions and whole grain mustard.

Seared Kangaroo 44.95
An 8oz Marinated Kangaroo loin pan seared to medium rare (recommended to avoid the meat getting tough). Served with a garlic and herb smashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Finished with our Dijon peppercorn sauce.

Bahn Mi Gyro 23.95
Warm gyro bread filled with house made pate, marinated pork, pickled carrots, cucumber and cilantro. Served with French fries.

Waiting for Spring Salmon 29.95

Flor de Cana 4-year aged white rum. Shaken with fresh lime juice, our Tart Kiwi Raspberry lemonade and a splash of Chambord liqueur. Poured over fresh ice in a highball and kissed with soda water.

Seared chicken Statler breast served over sauteed Dunk's wild mushrooms, onions, spinach and tomatoes. Tossed with Udon noodles in a zingy (4 out of 10) ramen broth. Finished with a soft-boiled egg.
