Course I
Tzatziki Martini
Greek yogurt blended with a honey vanilla reduction, fresh cucumber and dill. All shaken with Engine organic citrus Gin.
Paired With
Crispy Pork Belly “Burnt Ends”
Skewered with Fried Muenster cheese balls on a mirror of pork belly pan sauce.
Course II
Grilled Pineapple Margarita
Pineapple caramelized on the grill. Pureed with cilantro, fresh lime and lemon juice. Shaken with vanilla schnapps and Centenario Reposado Tequila.
Paired With
Is it Nachos or Poutine?
Our crispy fries topped with slow cooked chili Verde. Slow roasted pork with tomatillos, garlic, jalapeno and onion. Finished with Pico de Gallo, cajon-lime crème fraiche and chopped cilantro.
Course III
Lavandar Lemonade Spritz
A house made Lavendar lemonade. Made with Lavendar from Down to Earth Gardens shop, Fresh lemons and local honey. Shaken with Cathedral Ledge Aquavit. Topped with a splash of Lunetta Prosecco.
Paired With
Crab & Lobster Rangoon Mac-n-Cheese Bites
Crab and lobster mixed with cheddar and cream cheese flavored with soy, scallions, onion and Worcestershire. Folded with elbow macaroni and served crispy with a butter poached half lobster tail with sweet & spicy dipping sauce.
Course IV
Missouri Mule but Better
Redemption Rye, Apple Jack brandy Campari and Cointreau. Shaken with a rich cinnamon oat cream served in a martini lass rimmed with a ritz cracker and nutmeg rim.
Paired With
Apple Crisp Egg Rolls
Crispy wraps filled with apples sauteed in butter with brown sugar, cinnamon and a touch of clove, served with “What’s the Scoop” vanilla ice cream, creamy brown sugar glaze and our secret apple crisp crumb topping.
