Inspire Sessions: Jonathan Taylor presents Appalachian Lore & Libations

In this Appalachian themed cocktail class, we’ll explore the stories, legends, and strange creatures said to haunt the mountains! From witches and wandering spirits to cryptids lurking deep in the woods. Each cocktail takes inspiration from Appalachian folklore while being rooted in a classic cocktail tradition.

You’ll learn how to make several classic cocktails, discover the history and techniques behind them, and hear the eerie tales that inspired their Appalachian names. Along the way, we’ll shake, stir, sip, and raise a glass to the things that go bump in the night.

Come for the cocktails. Stay for the folklore. Just don’t wander into the woods alone.
