SPRING HAS ARRIVED AT DAMBAR – ALL-NEW SEASONAL FAVORITES ARE HERE!

The flavors of Spring are rolling into the kitchen at Dambar Steakhouse with a new lineup of seasonal dishes and refreshing cocktails. From bold Southwestern flavors to bright, fresh drink options, these limited-time offerings are perfect for celebrating the season.

Start with the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail, a refreshing blend of zesty Clamato juice with avocado, onion, pepper, cucumber, cilantro, and shrimp, mixed with Latin spices and served with chips for dipping.

For a satisfying entrée, try the Chipotle Chicken Bowl, featuring achiote-spiced chicken breast layered over cilantro-lime rice with black beans, roasted corn, avocado, pico de gallo, and finished with chipotle-lime crema.

WINTER FLAVORS ARE HERE AT DAMBAR!

Dambar has rolled out a seasonal lineup built for hearty appetites and bold, comforting flavors. This season’s features highlight rich ingredients, generous portions, and classic Dambar craftsmanship. Here’s some of what is on the menu:

Double Damburger
Our biggest burger Ever! Two large patties with two slices of cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato and red onion. Served with crispy french fries.

Fennel Sausage Flatbread
House-made pork fennel sausage layered over fresh marinara and topped with mozzarella on a full 12-inch flatbread, baked to a perfect Winter comfort crisp.

Pork Belly Tacos
Tender braised pork belly in three warm tortillas, topped with pickled red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and lime crema. Served with chips and salsa.

Winter Old Fashion
