Happy Monday Friends!

We rolled out the new menu and the Birria tacos caught word quickly! We are so happy everyone is enjoying them and spreading the word! They’re already so popular, we ran out over the weekend and will not have them available until tomorrow for taco Tuesday!

About Birria Tacos:

These aren’t your average tacos. We start with premium beef that’s seasoned with a rich blend of Mexican chilies & spices and slow-cooked for 12+ hours until it’s fall-apart tender.

But the real magic is in the consommé—a flavorful broth created during the long cooking process. Every taco is served with a side of this savory dipping broth for the ultimate bite.

From the careful seasoning to the overnight slow-cooking, Birria Tacos take time, patience, and a whole lot of love to make. We think you’ll taste the difference with every bite.

Good Morning Pearl Lake Lodge Friends & Family!

We want to thank everyone for the continued support through our ownership transition! We are beyond grateful for each and every one of you!

While we revamp and staff up, we will have a limited menu going into this weekend! We want to provide the best customer service and hot, fresh food to all of our guests!
