The OBX Comedy Club since 1984 looks forward every season to bringing hilarious Live Standup entertainment to our treasured locals and visitors. Due to COVID, the 2020 season hangs in the balance and is going to present some difficult challenges for the club.
NC governor along with official health and safety experts have put in place phased guidelines for opening the state. Several of the guidelines directly effect the clubs’ ability to operate including the fact that clubs, bars, and entertainment venues are to remain closed and gatherings of more than 10 are prohibited.
We currently do not have any shows scheduled for this season but are constantly monitoring the situation and hope that some of the season can be salvaged.
When it is feasible to start Comedy again, we will immediately put the shows on our website ComedyClubOBX.com and on Facebook along with numerous other outlets.
