Thank you for your patience while our family took our annual September break. The doors are open again at DiGiorgio's Cafe Largo, and our chefs are welcoming you back with a brand-new lineup of features.

🍸 THE MONTE CASSINO COCKTAIL
Bulleit '87 Bourbon/Rye Blend, B&B, Strega, and chamomile bitters. It's named for Monte Cassino, where our founder Pasquale DiGiorgio was born and raised. Some of the ingredients are even made by monks.

STARTERS
• Burrata Caprese
• Wagyu Beef Carpaccio

CHEF FEATURES
• Certified Angus Hanger Steak, open-flame grilled with red w**e demi-glace
• Yellowtail Angelique, Parmesan-crusted local yellowtail with Parmesan risotto
