Good evening. Sorry for the delay on not posting yesterday. I was having several technical problems adding our new pre-order page , menu, and credit card payment page. It will be up and running by our next event. So unfortunately, credit cards will not be accept this Friday, (cash only) but cards will be accepted at our next event. Since we have been busy preparing equipment and all things necessary to operate Friday night, our menu will be limited to chicken and fish items for Friday@ Firemans.

First I would like to clear up a few questions I've been hearing.

WE ARE NOT RE-OPENING THE Sandpiper Inn & BBQ.

We are still looking for the right type of trailer that can handle everything we need, especially the electrical capacity we need to handle all of our power-hungry equipment.

We will be changing our page for our food kitchen trailer. We will keep this page up for quite some time to direct you to our new page.

My next post will have our menu for this Friday, which will be posted no later than 9:30 tonight. It will also give you a chance to pre-order till 5:30 Thursday night (tomorrow night) which is the cut off for pre orders.

We will not be selling chicken orders larger than 8pc meals on Friday UNLESS PRE-ORDERED by 5:30PM Thursday.

WE ARS SO EXCITED TO BE SEEING AND SERVING OUR CUSTOMERS AGAIN!!!

Hello everybody, just wanted to let everyone know that the Piper food express will be serving our chicken, fish and possibly some bbq in Campbellsport this Friday Evening for the Friday@Firemans. I will have more information available by late tomorrow afternoon. Thank you!

Good afternoon!
The Stautz family and our employees would like to thank everyone of our customers and friends who have supported us the past 5 plus years. We have seen and weathered many unusual and historical periods in the 5 past years. The Covid shut down, the supply chain interruptions, transportation issues and now the employment situation of not enough workers in the market willing to work.
The Sandpiper Inn & BBQ has never had a larger & better customer base in its history here, as we do now. All of us at the Sandpiper greatly appreciate your generosity!
However, we have found ourselves short staffed on many occasions which has forced us to be closed occasionally because of lack of staff. Also the irregular availability of certain items on a fairly consistent basis has become a problem.
So we have decided end our time at the Sandpiper Inn & BBQ. We have always tried to give outstanding customer service along with outstanding dinners.
I would like to acknowledge our AWESOME STAFF who have unselfishly helped by picking up other shifts and filling in when needed. Please remember, they all have other jobs so its been tough on them also. There dedication will never be forgotten!
We have been so blessed with the opportunity to make so many new friends and being able to see our old friends on a more consistent basis because of our time at the Sandpiper Inn & BBQ.
We will never forget you!
Our new journey will begin in mid May, early June as we start our fleet of food trucks! We will be serving several of the same items we served at the Sandpiper in addition of several new items! When our food truck page is up and running we will have a complete schedule with locations we will be at as well as times we will be there. You will also have an opportunity to receive our locations weekly by signing up.

Again, it has been an honor and a privilege to be able to serve everyone with a servers heart! Thank from the bottom of hearts!!!
