IT HAS BEGUN!!! If you’re interested in applying for a bartender position, please send your resume to the email address in our profile. Please note that at the moment we will not be separating back of house vs front of house because we don’t have a kitchen. The bartenders will be responsible for preparing drinks, preparing frozen food using a kaiju sized air fryer and from time to time, switching out kegs. We’re really looking forward to meeting all of you and seeing how you can help us make this an experience all of our people will love.

Okay. Let’s discuss something. I know a lot of you want to apply for bartender positions here. We’re not sure of the exact date we’ll be opening because a lot depends on the contractors who still have quite a bit to do. We’re shooting for end of October, but it could be later. So here’s the question:

How long before we are ready to open would those of you who plan to apply, be able to accept a position? We want to make sure that the people we hire are able to accept and still be available when we open. If the date is uncertain, are you still comfortable accepting the position under those terms, even if we’re delayed a month or more beyond expected opening date? We should know a couple weeks before we open, but maybe not before then.

Please drop your thoughts in here and let’s discuss.
