PUBLIC NOTICE: FIREWORKS SCHEDULED FOR FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION

The City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is providing notice to residents and visitors that a public fireworks display will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at approximately 9:45 p.m. The display will be launched from Louise Hays Park, 202 Thompson Dr.

The fireworks display is programmed in conjunction with the Kerrville's Fourth on the River event presented by Arcadia Live, and America's 250th anniversary observance. Residents and visitors may experience increased noise and activity in the area during the event. Pet owners are encouraged to take appropriate precautions, as fireworks may be visible and audible throughout much of the city.

During ON DECK, June 12th at Arcadia Live Theater, we will be holding a volunteer interest meeting from 6:30PM-7:30PM. This meeting is not required, but allows you to ask questions or sign up in person!🍸

Required volunteer meeting will be on June 26th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, learning important information regarding the festival and picking up your t-shirt.

Our volunteers will be given exclusive shirts, drink tokens, and a chance to see our festival from a new perspective!

Rooted deep in the Texas Hill Country, Jamie writes songs the way people used to: with grit, grace, and a deep respect for story. Her voice - warm, worn-in, and effortlessly soulful - can hush a rowdy bar or fill a theater with emotion.
These days, she balances songwriting sessions and festival stages with raising four kids in the tiny town of D’Hanis, Texas. She’s a road warrior and a front-porch philosopher - part poet, part neighbor, and all heart.
