At the end of a long weekend, we look around this place and think… holy cow, what the heck were we thinking?!

And then we remember…

We love b**r and tasty foods. We love seeing our regulars and catching up with them in their usual spots at the bar. We love our trivia teams who come back again and again, even when there’s no trivia. And yes, we love all those first-timers who swing by after a hike because they heard there was a cool dog-friendly spot here on the ridge.

Eleven years into this and we still love what we do.

Owning a brewery is a wild ride. But somehow, it just keeps getting better!!

And right now, we’re looking forward to one of the biggest days we’ve ever planned here. Professor Louie & The Crowmatix - Grammy-nominated and playing right here on our backyard stage for Oktoberfest! Live Wire Panic will be here too, along with our stein holding contests, kid-friendly games and activities, more German food than ever before, and a whole lot more.

We hope you’ll be here September 26th. Whether it’s your first time at Rough Cut or your millionth.

OUR BIGGEST EVENT EVER!! 🍻

Seriously. This year’s Oktoberfest is the biggest event we’ve ever put together and it’s completely FREE to attend!

We’re bringing Grammy-Nominated Professor Louie & The Crowmatix to our backyard stage, along with Live Wire Panic, for a full day of live music here on the Ridge.

And we didn’t stop there!

We’ve expanded our special German menu for the day, added more games and activities, planned games and arts & crafts for the kids, and — OF COURSE — we’ll be hosting our annual stein holding contests and our fantabulous raffles going all day long.

Plus, Rough Cut Oktoberfest is back! Our traditional Märzen-style l***r makes its return just for this occasion.

Jeff & Courtney are hosting and the game starts at 7pm.

And Jeff has a new dog who still needs a name. He’s currently considering “Don’t Eat That,” which… isn’t gonna cut it around here.

Come up with something good and maybe Jeff will throw you an extra point or two. No promises!! We haven’t asked him. 🫣
