Our Grand Opening was one for the books, and we are still taking it all in!
First, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate with us! Seeing our community, friends, family, and so many familiar faces show up to support Foundry 51 means more than we can put into words. ❤️
🎁 To all the local businesses who donated door prizes — THANK YOU! We are so grateful to be part of a community where businesses show up and support one another. Your generosity helped make the night even more special! We can’t wait to return the favor!
👏 To our Foundry 51 team — we see you, and we appreciate you! The long hours, hard work, and dedication you put in don’t go unnoticed. We couldn’t do this without each of you!
A special shoutout to Marion, Macy, and Tyra for helping organize everything and making sure the night came together. Y’all put in so much work behind the scenes, and we appreciate you more than you know!

Opening a restaurant is no small task, and we know we’re still learning, growing, and finding our way. But one thing is certain — we are surrounded by some pretty amazing people!
Last night wasn’t just about “cutting the ribbon”. It was about celebrating the people and the community who helped make a dream a reality.
