We’re honored to be partnering with Haymaker Farmers’ Market and NOSH Creative Catering for this year’s Haymaker Harvest Dinner on August 9th, 2026 at The Barn at Walnut Drive!

This four-course farm-to-table experience celebrates the incredible growers, producers, and makers that make our local food community thrive. Each course is inspired by what’s being harvested in the moment and thoughtfully paired with Bell Tower beers to showcase the flavors of the season.

The evening begins with a happy hour featuring seasonal passed appetizers before guests settle in for a memorable dinner built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Vegan and omnivore options will be available.

What makes this event especially meaningful is that it supports Haymaker Farmers’ Market’s mission of connecting people with local food and expanding access to fresh ingredients throughout our community. It’s a celebration of local agriculture, local businesses, and the people who bring them together.

At Bell Tower Brewing Co., every dish is scratch made. All the way down to the bread we use to make the crostini served with our Bruschetta Burrata.

Our Italian Stuffed Peppers feature Italian sausage-stuffed cubanelle peppers simmered in a wine marinara and topped with provolone. If that’s calling your name, pair it with Reckoning, our West Coast IPA, for a combination that balances rich flavors with a crisp hop bite.

The Fried Green BLT puts a Southern twist on a classic, stacking fried green tomatoes, thick-cut bacon, lettuce, and smoky onion aioli on house brioche toast. We recommend enjoying it alongside Regenbogen, our German Hefeweizen, for a refreshing contrast.

And if pasta is more your style, the Pesto Tortellini brings together tri-color tortellini, pesto cream sauce, blistered tomatoes, artichokes, and a shaved three-cheese blend. Pair it with Daffodil Hill, our Maibock, for a smooth and satisfying match.

⚽ Calling all World Cup fans! ⚽

Join us in the West Room for upcoming World Cup watch parties:
USA vs. Paraguay: Friday, June 12th from 9-11pm
USA vs. Australia: Friday, June 19th from 3-5pm
USA vs. Türkiye: Thursday, June 25th from 10pm-12am

We’ll also be showing other World Cup matches throughout the tournament, with additional game schedules announced as they are confirmed. And no matter who’s playing, we’ll be showing the Championship Final on July 19th!

For late-night matches, the kitchen will close at its regular 9pm time, but the bar will remain open until the final 15 minutes of the game. 🍻

Come grab a bite, enjoy a beer, and catch all the World Cup action with fellow soccer fans!

The Portage Foundation has partnered with us on several events this month at Bell Tower over the month of June to help raise awareness and support for the Portage County Pride Fund. This fund provides emergency assistance and programming support for LGBTQ+ students at Kent State, Hiram College, and NEOMED, helping ensure students have access to resources when they need them most.

This June, Bell Tower is proud to feature the artwork of Xander Dotson in our main dining room. 🎨

Xander’s acrylic paintings will be on display throughout the month, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy local art while stopping in for a beer, cocktail, or meal. With a creative background focused on graphic design and social media content, Xander brings a unique artistic perspective to each piece.

Be sure to take a look the next time you’re in and help support a talented local artist. The collection will be on display through the end of June.

The 2nd Annual Kent Pride Bar Crawl is almost here! 🌈

Spend an evening celebrating Pride while supporting local LGBTQ+ friendly businesses throughout Downtown Kent. Start the night with check-in at Beware of the Leopard from 7-8PM, where participants will receive an exclusive Kent Pride tote bag before heading out to explore some of Kent’s favorite spots.

Participating locations include Beware of the Leopard, Maddalena’s, Nineteen10, Ray’s Place, Bell Tower Brewing, and Zephyr Pub. Visit each stop along the route and collect special items throughout the evening while enjoying a fun, inclusive night with friends and community.

This month’s Beer for a Cause is Regenbogen, and every pint poured helps support an important local initiative. 🌈🍺

German for rainbow, “Regengbogen” is our German-style Hefeweizen. It pours a beautiful golden haze and wafts notes of clove, banana and bubblegum - characteristic of the yeast used to ferment this tantalizing brew.

From now through June 28th, $1 from every Regenbogen sold will be donated to the Portage County Pride Fund, helping provide support for LGBTQ+ students and organizations throughout our community.

Enjoy a Regenbogen while supporting a cause that invests directly in local people and local impact. Stop in this month and raise a glass to community, inclusion, and great beer!
