Calling all who consider themselves strange and unusual 📣 this is the drink for you !

This week at Sazzy B we are using Chicago made limited edition gin. Emphasizing the spiciness of the pepper gin, we combined it with a green herbal liqueur, lime juice, bianco vermouth, honey, and a pinch of salt to bring everything today. It’s got a kick, slightly herbal, savory, and a bit citrusy… interesting and still delicious.

An airline chicken breast topped with a Fresno bacon cream sauce, spinach, green onion, and served asparagus and bistro rice. The cream sauce is definitely the highlight of this dish, with that savory and Smokey flavor from the bacon and a slight kick of spice coming from the Fresno chili🌶️
