Thank you all who came out this weekend to celebrate our anniversary and to celebrate Ericโs life. It was a fantastic weekend. We have a lot of people to thank. We could not have done this without all of you and we extend our most heartfelt appreciation.
1. Our staff, first and foremost! Wow! You all came together so wonderfully and we could not have done any of this without you. Setting up these events (and tearing down) is a lot of work with very long days. You all prove time and time again that our entire staff is a cut above the rest. Thank you!
2. Betty and Kris Carlson. We are so blessed to have your friendship. Betty and Khris catered our entire weekend. And the food was spectacular!
3. Micklyn Kent, our social media girl. Thank you for the endless hours spent Facebook stalking for pictures, coordinating the picture boards and video. Great memories were shared for all!
4. Bill at The Bulls Eye Barfor the roast beef. Thank you, Bill. If you havenโt had Billโs roast beef, make sure you stop there on Fridays. Get there early for lunch - they run out quick. Itโs that good!
5. Our brother Tim Gascoigne. The endless hours of raffle coordination and managing it all never goes unseen. Thank you so much, brother!
6. Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha Thank you for the extended parking. We are truly blessed for your friendship and partnership.
7. Joe at Wooden Nickel - Thank you for the meatballs and the Italian sausage. We are so grateful for your friendship. Eric was part of your Wooden Nickel family and we know he was smiling down yesterday.
8. Hondo at Casa Capri - Thank you for the added tray of mostaccioli. Blessed to consider you family.
9. Pete and Frank from Bindelli Construction - thank you for the added cones and barriers. You guys are amazing!
10. Ruffolo's Special Pizza 2 - Thank you for your food support on Fridayโs benefit and the use of your warmers. It was a great help and incredibly appreciated!
Lastly, letโs all throw up some major applause to Mark Gascoigne. He surely knows how to throw a party. And, what an amazing celebration it was! No doubt, Eric was shining down with love and appreciation.
