🔥 WELL, THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY.
We told you something was coming. We just didn't tell you how big.
Introducing PHOENIX & FOLLY.
A brand-new restaurant, cocktail bar, and café coming to the space most recently occupied by our friends at Salud Bar & Kitchen, adjacent to the Riverfront Hotel in Richland.
Let's clear something up right away: The Peacock isn't relocating, reopening, or changing its name. That chapter has closed. Phoenix & Folly is an entirely new restaurant, with a new concept and a new space, but some familiar faces behind it.
And while you'll recognize plenty of the things you loved about The Peacock, we're not interested in simply recreating what we had.
We're taking everything we've learned, everything we've wanted to do, and everything we couldn't do before, and finally getting the chance to bring it all together.
A fully equipped kitchen means we can take our food program to another level. More ambitious dishes, more creativity, and the ability to execute the kind of menu we've wanted to build for years.
Our cocktail program gets room to grow, too. More experimentation, more attention to detail, and a few ideas that probably should have stayed on the drawing board. 🥃
And the coffee? Well, we wouldn't have it any other way. You'll get to enjoy the same incredible house-roasted espresso we've been known for since 2022. ☕
Behind Phoenix & Folly are Justin & India Bazinet, and Thomas Kalmbach - three people with a shared love of hospitality, a lot of ideas, and a questionable understanding of what constitutes a reasonable workload.
Some familiar favorites. A whole lot of new possibilities. And a completely new experience.
This isn't The Peacock 2.0.
This is Phoenix & Folly.

Follow along. We're just getting started. 🔥
Phoenix & Folly is a locally owned restaurant, cocktail bar, and café on the Columbia River in Richland, WA. From morning espresso to dinner and craft cocktails, we're bringing good food, great drinks, and a little questionable judgment to the riverfront.
