Final Details:
We are asking everyone to meet to load the buses in the Pontchartrain Center parking lot between 9:00-9:35am on Saturday. It is the parking lot that is down the street from Coconut Beach. Buses will get there for us to load at 9:50am and will be departing the parking lot at 9:55am SHARP. Please show up on time so we can take a group picture before departing.

We will have donuts for everyone when people start arriving at 9:00am.

We will have pizza for everyone while we are at Laketown from 1:35-2:35pm.

I suggest getting in buying rounds with friends so multiple drinks can be purchased at one time. Should speed up service for everyone.

While I have coordinated with each bar so they have enough help as far bartenders are concerned, we are still bringing in 132 people at once! With that many people, be prepared for some kind of wait. HAVE PATIENCE!
