🍸✨ Shaking Things Up ✨🍸

We had an incredible time hosting a private mixology class — and let’s just say, these guests are now officially pros behind the bar! 🙌

From learning the basics of building a balanced cocktail, to shaking, stirring, and garnishing like a pro, everyone got hands-on experience creating their own craft drinks. 🍹🍋🌿

The best part? Watching the smiles, laughter, and “wow” moments as each person discovered the art (and fun!) of mixology. It wasn’t just a class — it was an experience filled with creativity, connection, and of course… delicious cocktails.

We had the absolute joy of bringing our Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar to a stunning Haldi celebration — and what a beautiful day it was! 💛🧡

Guests mixed, matched, and garnished their way through a vibrant lineup of flavors, from bold & spicy Bloody Marys with all the toppings 🥒🌶️🥓 to bubbly Mimosas with fresh juices and colorful garnishes 🍊🍓🍾.

The energy of the Haldi paired perfectly with the bright, customizable bar — laughter, love, and cocktails that were as festive as the occasion itself. 🥂

In honor of National Vodka Day, here is a recipe to a popular cocktail created by Top Shelf Tending

Mint to Be
- 1.5oz Vodka
- 6 Fresh Blueberries
- 1 oz Mint Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer

Directions:
1. Add blueberries & mint syrup to a shaker tin and muddle
2. Add vodka & lime Juice
3. Add ice and shake all ingredients
4. Strain over fresh ice
5. Topp with Ginger Beer
6. Add garnish of blueberries & mint

October 1st marks the start of the sake brewing season in Japan, and we’re raising a glass to celebrate this timeless tradition. From crisp, dry styles to smooth, silky pours, sake is more than a drink — it’s a cultural experience. 🇯🇵

🌸 Fun Sake Facts 🌸
👉 Unlike wine or beer, sake is brewed from rice and polished to reveal its delicate flavors.
👉 Sake can be served warm, chilled, or even sparkling, with the serving style chosen to highlight different flavor notes.
👉 “Kanpai” (cheers in Japanese) literally means “dry the cup” — a nod to finishing your pour in good company.
