Thank you disconnect person for reminding me how to stay positive and joyful and not remain in the path of pain that you wish to lead me down.

I forgot to live by my own advice but I’m back on track!!! I forgot to let hurt be only an inspiration!!!

We all know that kindness is always, always the best foot forward. Even when someone hurts you. Don’t store their unkindness as a negative but respond to it as a positive.

When someone hurts you because they are disconnected to who you are then immediately create and incorporate an act of kindness for someone who is kind and caring and it will dilute the pain of those disconnected in your life.

If it doesn’t dilute it enough the first time around then find someone else who is kind and caring and pay it forward to them and repeat until the joy of giving overrides the pain of being hurt. It works!!!!! lol almost as reliable as ice to a wound. Lol Pure fn magic baby.
