It’s no secret that I make a very comfortable living off of social media and it’s content But I make sure that I take 1 day or at least 16-18 hours out of 1 day of the week that I completely detach from everything no matter what city im in No computers,no cell phones,no email,text messages or anything I get out at a park and just enjoy life that god has blessed me with and just enjoy nature I usually take a book ( I absolutely love reading autobiographies) of successful people)One of my favorite books to read is ‘’The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale My advice to everyone Take at least one day out of your week and turn the world completely off and get off to yourself You will be amazed how much better you will feel Have a blessed day y’all
