Although primarily know since 1949 for our steaks, we have some amazing dishes to complement. Our newest is our take on the classic Italian dish Raviolo Al’ Uovo.

Handmade pasta, fresh ricotta, Buttonwood Farms egg yolk, smoked oyster mushroom, candied garlic, chili crisp, fried tarragon and grana padano.

Such a huge loss for the Haw family, our small community, and Kansas City. Bill supported the stockyards daily by visiting all the local businesses for lunch and dinner, building relationships and supporting artists. Truly the end of an era. Godspeed.

It's with a heavy heart that we'd like to let our community know about the recent passing of Bill Haw Sr. late last week.

Bill brought the Stockyards District back to life - restoring the Livestock Exchange Building and several others in the neighborhood.

He always said that to make things work "there's nothing more important than the owner's shadow", and he lived by those words.

People saw him every day in the building and on the property for over 30 years as he was the center of this great community.

He will be missed, but his legacy will forever be remembered.
