From the trio behind Summit Grill, Third St. Social, and Pearl Tavern, South of Summit is now open at 516 W. 75th Street in Kansas City, Mo. situated beside Summit Grill Waldo. The space has transformed into a casual, full-service taqueria serving made-from-scratch tortillas, a variety of tacos, house-made salsas, shareables, entrees, desserts and more. The taqueria will offer an elevated bar program specializing in tequila and mezcal. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Serving happy hour from 3 - 6 p.m. daily.
