It was an honor working with Atul to help him find a home for his business. He took a chance on a blank space and has turned it into a delicious restaurant. just opened at the end of 2025 in Liberty and the authentic Nepalese flavors are absolutely worth the trip. This is something different, not something you find everyday in KC. I love being able to highlight local spots like this and support people chasing their vision.
