Thanks to everyone that celebrated with us last week for our 9th anniversary! A few anniversary b**rs are still on draft at both locations, and we’ve got another round of b**rs for you this week.

⛅️ FRESH HOP CLOUDS - Hazy DIPA - we brewed and dry hopped our Clouds recipe like we always do (Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Rakau) and then added another round of dry hopping with a heavy hand of Cryo Fresh Citra and Cryo Fresh Mosaic. If you haven’t heard of Cryo Fresh, it’s a pelletized hop product developed by Yakima Chief Hops that enables fresh hop b**rs to be brewed at any time of the year.

🌳 FRESH HOP ANTITHESIS - Unfiltered WCIPA - another b**r featuring Cryo Fresh as well as a fresh hop product from Freestyle Hops - Fresh Wai-iti hop kief. We started the dry hop with Strata, Motueka, Krush and Southern Cross, followed by another dose of dry hopping with Mosaic Cryo Fresh then top noted everything with Fresh Wai-iti hop kief.

💀 FLOWER OF THE DEAD - Hazy DIPA - a once a year release arriving a bit earlier than usual. Double dry hopped with Citra, Comet and Mosaic.

🟠 CIRCLES AROUND CITRA (DDH Nelson Sauvin) - Hazy IPA - a new entry in this series. Only two hops at work here creating the hoppy magic. Our new crop of Nelson Sauvin along with Oregon grown Citra.

- Double Barrel-aged Barleyw**e 18% ABV -
A blend of two Barleyw**es that were aged 26 to 33 months in Heaven Hill & VSOP cognac barrels, then aged for an additional year in Portuguese and California Port w**e barrels. Expect notes of amaretto, cherry, almond, dried fig and caramel red velvet cake. Packaged on 9-27-26.

A portion of the bottles will be available for online preorder tonight, Friday at 8:30pm, with the remaining bottles available in our Brookside tasting room on Saturday - opening at 11am.

Luca Bagel will be in our tasting room on Saturday too!

Another anniversary b**r today & Slidey’s onsite in Brookside at 4pm with Italian beef, pulled pork & caprese sliders. Yum!

🐍 NONAGON - Hazy DIPA - double dry hopped with Kohia Nelson, Riwaka, and two special lots of Citra (one from Oregon and one from Washington). Big stonefruit character from these hops working together with layers of passion fruit and citrus. Artwork by Andrew John Mullen.

Anniversary b**rs continued … available at both BKS locations & online.

🌳 DHARMA CHAMELEON (10/8/26) - West Coast style IPA - as the name might suggest, expect us to change and drift with different philosophies on West Coast IPA brewing any time we make this b**r. For our first release in this perpetual experiment, we utilized biotransformative brewing techniques that open up Simcoe, Mosaic and Strata in new ways to showcase the bright floral citrus character of these hops. 👓 EXTRAVISION - Hazy IPA - brewed with pale malt, oats and wheat and dry hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, Citra and Krush. Lime, lemon, geraniums and tangerine notes. Artwork by Aaron Lerner.

The first 2 of our anniversary b**rs are available today!

🌱 SOUND CATCHER - Hazy Double IPA - double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Mosaic & Citra. Tones of mixed berry, orange blossom and tropical fruit. Artwork by Eric Thompson.

🌼 PIVO PROJECT 9TH ANNIVERSARY PILSNER - a mashup pilsner that was dreamed up to be the b**r we want to celebrate with during our year 9 anniversary. Blending the idea of a Southern German style pilsner with Italian style pilsner elements along with familiar parts and pieces of our Bohemjan style pilsner. It’s everything we want in a pils at this moment.

Wed 10/7: Plant Bingo with Virgil’s Plant Shop at BKS Crossroads and $2 Kölsch pours. Just a few tickets remaining - see link in bio to purchase.

Also on Wednesday, a couple anniversary b**rs released at both locations - artwork from Eric Thompson & 5studio6.

Thur 10/8: Two of the artists that created label artwork will pop up at BKS Crossroads and we will have those 2 b**rs in cans & on draft. Come check out the amazing work of Josh Martin & Aaron Lerner.

Fri 10/9: Slidey’s, a new food concept from the creator of Cosmo Burger, will pop up on the BKS Brookside patio from 4pm till sold out. Another anniversary b**r released with artwork from Andrew John Mullen, which will also be featured on a new disc.

Sat 10/10: BKS Brookside open at 11am for a BA bottle release and Luca Bagel popup on the patio.

Sun 10/11: Customer appreciation day with b**r specials at both locations & free hot dogs only in Brookside starting at 1pm.
