Saturday, May 30, 1:00 – 4:00: Piano Room, 332 W 75th St, Kansas City, MO 64114. Jazz & Country Swing Un-plugged: Whether it’s old jazz standards, gypsy jazz or a bit of Bob Wills, let’s swing with acoustic instruments—guitars, mandolins, accordions, horns, woodwinds, bass, ukuleles, fiddles ... and maybe an electric piano and electric bass. Without mics, we have to listen harder to be sure the singers and soloists are in the spotlight when they are supposed to be.

It is a good idea to bring charts and/or the app, iRealPro. If there are not enough charts to go around, everyone has electronic devices and can take a picture.
