Six years ago, Greta, Kelsey and Bass opened Uchi Denver together.

On September 27 they're back behind one counter.

Fifteen courses, one night, built between the three of them. Expect crawfish chawanmushi, Louisiana ebi, smoked uni, and a miso praline to finish. The rest you'll find out when it's handed to you.
