*UPDATE - I wanted the trash removed, the police officer is in route to the address for illegal dumping. This is an ongoing issue with many businesses that needs to stop.
Thank you JPD for taking time to address this matter.

Finally after weeks of someone illegally using our dumpster and currently leaving trash next to it now that we had to pay a fee to to have it switched out to one that accomdiates a lock, we have a name and an address. JPD is on their way to get the information.
Just a reminder that even though our business is closed, our property is still under 24 hour surveillance.
Using a dumpster that does not belong to you is theft of services and dumping trash is littering.
I’m not dealing with this issue any longer.
